Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 100 days of the delivery date
- Requests made after 100 days from delivery are not eligible
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
- Product returns are not required and not accepted
Non-Eligible Refunds
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- Refund requests submitted outside of the 100-day guarantee period
- Orders that have already been processed or fulfilled once the guarantee period has passed
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at support@trywellsleep.com. We will send a replacement at no cost.
